Safeharbor Small Groups

If you're attending Safeharbor on Sunday morning and you're ready to take the next step, it's time to join a small group. Our goal in small groups is to encourage one another to understand and live out God's will for our lives.

One group meets regularly on Sunday mornings at the church from 9 to 10 AM: Agape. Two groups meet on Sunday nights: Beamers and Lighthouse. Four groups meet on Wednesday nights: Group C, Marriage & Family, The Muster and Young Adults.One group meets on Friday nights: Anchored in Christ. In February, a Women's Group will form again on Tuesday mornings. Other groups meet as needed.

Occasionally there are special classes on Sunday mornings that last for only a few weeks. Some groups provide childcare. Some are filled with "empty nesters." Some are mixed groups of all ages, but all groups have people interested in growing more like Jesus while growing closer as members of a local body. If you aren't sure what group to join, you are welcome to visit one. If it seems to "scratch where it itches", keep on going! If not, try another group. We are all on the journey together.

Some study topics last for only a few weeks and some last for a few months. The best time to join a group is whenever you are ready. There is always room to welcome more people to any group. Our groups are stable but not rigid; there is a freedom to change from one group to another.
