Serve With Us October 17, 5:30pm

1205 W 13th St

We invite you to serve food, encourage, pass out toiletries, play with children, and pray with those looking for hope as offer food and a community of hope. If you’re to help provide a crock-pot of chili and cornbread this month, send an email to office@safeharbor-church.org

One Hope International originally started as “One Hope” but within a year God expanded their reach. One Hope International became a reality as Angeley Wenner was beginning her mission work in Brazil, which at the time did not have a ministry like One Hope. She introduced One Hope or Uma Esperança in Portuguese in João Pessoa. In this effort, she learned a great deal about the Brazilian people and their needs. With the help of a very supportive church, family, and friends One Hope International has grown to where it is today. Their influence continues to flourish as we share the gospel and the good news to the world. Their mission is to offer the Hope of Jesus to the homeless and hurting through a hot meal, a change of clothes, and a bag of toiletries; that encourages, uplifts, and creates a brighter tomorrow. Serving Hope is a local part of One Hope International, and their mission is still the same. They meet up every third Wednesday of every month at 5:30pm.
