Re-Opening Changes

The Safeharbor Campus will open, Sunday, May 24th, 10am, with limited capacity.
Our facilities have been thoroughly sanitized on a weekly basis, and will be specially prepared for those in attendance this weekend. Stay up-to-date with our reopening plans at www.safeharbor-church.org/reopen. We could use a few extra hands to help sanitize our building after the service. If you’re interested in helping, let a greeter know.

Current Message Series

This Sunday, Pastor Dan continues our “Now What?” series, as we continue to explore the book of Acts and answer the question, “What does it mean to be the church?” This weekend we’ll take a look at the events from Acts 6:8:-9:21, where things begin to take a turn for the worse at the Church in Jerusalem. But, could it be possible, that the extreme pressure that these first believers felt, was actually used by God to spread the good news about Jesus all over the world?  If so, perhaps Jesus’ vision for the church looks more like a mobilized church on the go, than a retreat-center for believers.  As, we’ve seen these past 4 weeks, a gospel-centered community, requires a different kind of commitment than casual church.

One Hope Little Pantries

Have you seen our Little Pantry? We’ve partnered with One Hope, the Sanford Herald, and the City of Sanford, to participate in the “Little Pantry” initiative. You may notice little white boxes with the One Hope logo all over town. These former Newspaper boxes have been repurposed as places where those in need of a few essential food items can pick up what the need–no questions asked. Read more…

Giving At Safeharbor

Give online at www.safeharbor-church.org/give or download the Church Center App.
At Safeharbor we want to live generously as an expression of our growing faith in the gospel. Generosity is about the way we freely and wisely give what God has graciously given to us–our time, influence, energy, wealth, and abilities. One big way to practice generosity is by giving consistently and sacrificially to the church family in which you participate.
We believe that Read more…

Beyond Sunday

Pastor Dan always has more to say! Join him on our Facebook page, Tuesday mornings at 9am for… Biblical background notes, stories, deeper dives, word studies, practical application, mental shifts, clarifications, and anything else that didn’t make the cut. But mainly he’ll be talking about how to live out the stuff I preach.
Grab a cup of coffee, your Bible, and a notebook. Don’t miss this opportunity to dive deeper into God’s word.
