Beach Baptisms & Picnic

Mark your calendars! Join us August 23, 1:00pm for Baptisms @ the Beach and a picnic. Food and drinks will be provided and we ask that you bring a side dish to share.
If you’re interested in being baptized, please see Jeremy Campbell or one of our pastors near The Dock after the worship service on Sundays.

Baptism Class

If you’re interested in being Baptized, please see Jeremy Campbell near The Dock, today, after the service or send an email to the church office.
Additionally, we’d like to invite you to a Baptism Class after the service, August 20th, 5:00pm, in the church office (note the date/time change). We’ll talk about the meaning, symbolism, and purpose of baptism, as well as behind-the-scenes details, like what clothes to wear, what to say, and any concerns you may have.

Giving at Safeharbor

Give online at or download the Church Center App.

At Safeharbor we want to live generously as an expression of our growing faith in the gospel. Generosity is about the way we freely and wisely give what God has graciously given to us–our time, influence, energy, wealth, and abilities. One big way to practice generosity is by giving consistently and sacrificially to the church family in which you participate.
Last week we gave $2309.31

Congregational Meeting

2020 has been a year of challenges (insert favorite 2020 meme here). Yet, we can testify to God’s goodness and provision at every turn. In fact, while giving has consistently been below-budget since the beginning of the COVID shutdown, we’ve been careful about spending, and we’re pleased to share that we’ve barely had to tap into any reserves up to this point.

jJoin us for a night of prayer, via Zoom, on Wednesday August 19th, 7:00pm.
At the end of June we hosted a night of prayer for racial healing with Rivers of Living Water Ministries and Iglesia Christiana Rejoice. We were so encouraged by our time together, that we resolved to keep the conversation going and gather again to pray. Due to the current concerns about COVID, we have chosen to move our prayer night to a Zoom Platform.
You do not need a Zoom account to participate, Read more…

Back To School Car Parade

Join us for a back to school car parade! In the last several months we’ve all missed community a lot and we understand going back to school can be stressful.

As a way to connect with our church family and community we are planning a back to school car parade on August 16th. We will be driving through some local neighborhoods with encouraging signs and maybe some candy, too! We’re inviting you to drive with us, make some signs and grab some candy to throw if you’d like. Check our Facebook event for updates throughout the week.

Wednesday August 12th we will meet in the fellowship hall at 7pm to make posters. This is optional for anyone who would like to gather in person. If you can’t attend, please still join us for the car parade!
